Trading stuff , making profit and finding super rare items is now simple and there is plenty of people who have all the items you need for sale already. Ring 2: Rare ring with % Life and Mana Leech per Hit, Charm 3: 9 Combat Skiller Grand Charms with Life, Charm 4: 10 Small Charms with Life, Resistances, Mana, or Faster Hit Recovery, depending on needs.
Its a good ladder starter. slvl 25 in conviction is a must have, obviously, which is going to change how many points you need with the +skill gear you have.
It is fearsome enough to behold the power of a Paladin, let alone a Paladin aglow with the aura of Conviction.

Yeah we got ladder uniques but no ladder runewords (that's why I mentioned unmodded).
Once Your Vengeance is maxed and Conviction has optimal number of skill points on it, start putting points on Vengeances synergies (Resist Fire, Resist Cold, Resist Lightning).
I have an Avenger/Zealot hybridgives me best of both options.
