Food was very good, kinda salty but overall good. 2nd went to ask manager about it, rudely told us, can't have because there was no button to charge us for it. It is always fresh and delicious. Low-key outpost offering American pub grub & vegan fare plus spirits, wine & a 17-tap beer list.

Their food has been very good but today I almost ended up in the emergency room due to mushrooms. Teo eggs, two bacon strips (good - not too salty and perfectly cooked) and two sweet cream pancakes. I have been to this place many many times and I have never been disappointed. Will not recommend. 30 bucks for two people and it was very unappetizing. Had a delicious Chocolate Malt and my husband had a Peanut Butter malt which were both delicious.

The capers were a plenty, no skimping on ingredients or flavor. And they just got attitudes , so had to ask the one grown up there was there. There aren't a lot of out to eat options in Spearfish for low carb that don't cost a fortune. We will not be coming back as I do not appreciate customer service thats less than that of a gas station attendant.

I tried a variety of things and it was all pretty much disgusting.

The crust just always feels under cooked or too soft. Ok, third time eating here in as many days. For dessert we shared the bread pudding with the amazing warmed caramel sauce.

We had to just walk out.

The hash brown portion was also small. I can't wait for the bacon crust to come back. Anyways to make a long story short I was lucky that I had an epi- pen and oxygen on hand to prevent a full attack.

I am actually not going to blame the young staff, but obviously poor management. Large selection of beer, including local options. My husband ordered pulled pork sandwiches, tasted awesome. I think this place has the reviews it has because comparable competition isn't really there in the area. Excellent Country fried steak and eggs with outstanding gravy. Also clean bathrooms which is such a plus these days. We closed out our tab and went elsewhere. The owner is extremely gracious and welcoming as well. Food or drinks! Sorry about that. Great bar too! I love coming here when I'm in driving thru. Still this is still dangerous for people with allergies.

I don't know what kind it is but it doesn't leave that plastic aftertaste. do not pass this brewery if you are in the area!! Our server , Jeremy was great! The employee attitudes/service make up for anything lacking here.

The service was very good. Good service and atmosphere. 10/10 on the food, customer service, and the short wait. The pancakes are light and airy and perfect. There are gnats in the beer glasses and mice running around the establishment.

I hope to be able to return to this spot sometime soon. Chips and salsa were also outstanding.

Brought them water and everything. Definitely that local hole in the wall local place you want to know about. My favorite is the Jeffersonian!

We had both breakfast and lunch here and all the meals were delicious. When you order extra jalapeos on you nachos, you better REALLY like jalapeos.

Its our go to when we don't want to cook. The only potential knocks are the ambience inside the location if you are looking to dine in and the prices are a little steeper than what I am used to where I live (but they might be on par for the locale). The best customer service we have ever received dining out. We had Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms, Chicken Parmesan and Shrimp Scampi. Love the vibe of the blackbird. Good for family's or just yourself. I ordered lamb vindaloo, my wife ordered tikka masala.

Was unimpressed with gal who took order - could not answer questions well. I have always liked Golden Dragon until today. Interesting menu - lots of burgers and similar sandwiches, but also more sophisticated fare like an excellent grilled salmon with spicy risotto.

Sports run late & would love to see hours that reflected the need for late pizza dinners. I like the IPA's and I brought a cookie crumble beer home to share and it was also tasty! Quite a frustrating experience. I was a huge fan of the chicken fried steak breakfast too! It's now the Spearfish Public House. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff was friendly. Not sure if he refunded it or not he said he would but who knows.

They are out of a lot of things Like straws haha service was good though everybody is nice and prompt. I would go back to this restaurant when I am in town again. Reserved a table online - and we arrived 15mins early which they seated us immediately. I don't do a lot of reviews unless the food is exceptional or exceptionally terrible.

I just wish they were open later. It was a full house. Maybe this is Spearfish's best kept secret! The flavor of the food itself was mediocre. They don't care what they support. They were willing to eat an entire gallon of it!Though I didn't find a flavor that suited my tastes and I didn't think the ice cream was very creamy, everyone else in my group raved about it. We received our appetizer and 2 of our 3 salads in a reasonable amount of time but after an hour of waiting we asked about our entrees.

Unassuming American joint with homestyle eats, a soup & salad bar & a large breakfast menu. Great indoor ambiance and a nice patio overlooking the stream. The lo mein was basically spaghetti noodles with soy sauce and carrots.

They will be doughy and gross.

He proceeds to say well its not their fault they delivered it.

I strongly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant. I love it. Navigate forward to interact with the calendar and select a date. Wheelchair accessible bathroom and doors. The coffee drinks are awesome too! The only thing I have found that is wrong is that the kitchen staff does not know how to cut a corn beef correctly. We both had the pulled pork meals and it lived up to the 5 star rating.
